I have had a lot of people ask me recently: “what is your goal weight”, “what is your target” etc.
I always gave them an honest answer, which was: “I don’t know” because I didn’t actually know!!
But I do now, so here goes…
This is a lifestyle change for me, not a quick fix, I understand it will take time, and I want to do it properly.
As much as I would love a quick fix and to wake up tomorrow at size 10 I just think for me I need something slow and steady in order to maintain it for the rest of my life.
The reality is I have to lose a person. In fact my boyfriend weighs around what I need to lose and he’s over 6ft!!!!
So here goes.
In aprox two years time I will graduate (all being well) from Falmouth University with a degree in Journalism and want I really want is to be able to walk head held high, in my graduation cap and gown and be the best possible version of me.
My dream aim for my graduation is a size 12 (although I wouldn’t be too disappointed if I was a 14)
So two years, aprox 12/13 stone, and 6 or 7 dress sizes.
I can do this. ❤
