I like pizza a lot, I mean a lot. It is definitely my guilty pleasure.
So I made a healthier version for tea.
I’ve been playing around with recipes and this was amazing. It was super super yummy.

I used a whole meal pitta as the base (around 150 calories) with a teaspoon of red pesto.

Then I topped with chestnut mushrooms, spinach, a little mozzarella and a naughty but oh so good little bit of bacon 😛

Simply popped in the oven until the cheese melts a little salt and pepper and it’s ready.

The boys was a little bit naughtier, he had two naan based pizzas, loaded with chorizo, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms and mozzarella. He passed on the spinach.



Pizza for dinner, but all is not as it seems…
