So now Christmas is over and we can no longer use that as an excuse for eating chocolate for breakfast, what shall we do?

Get healthy.
Lay off the chocolate.
Get fit.
Lose weight.

That’s the plan, also i’m excited for all the added extras that come with eating healthily and losing weight;

Thicker hair.
Clearer skin.
Stronger nails.
