BLW Recipe: Cod fish fingers.

You will need 👉🏻

2 boneless fillets of cod.

3 small slices of wholemeal bread

2 tbsp oats

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 egg

A few spoonfuls of flour

Method 👉🏻

Blend the bread, oats and spices to form spiced breadcrumbs and set aside.

Whisk the egg in a bowl for dunking.

Put the flour on a plate/bowl ready for the cod.

Remove the skin from the fish and cut into desirable size. I did a mix of finger and chunks.

Then one piece at a time dunk in the flour, the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs.

That’s it! Cook in a preheated oven for 15-25 minutes depending on size. 15-20 for bitesize chunks and 20-25 for fingers.

I served Arlo’s with a trio of chips, courgette, carrot and potato.
